Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel two weeks prior to your rental date, you will be reimbursed the full amount. Canceling within two weeks of your rental will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Canceling on the day of will incur the whole amount of the rental.

Insurance Requirements

You must have full coverage insurance in order to rent our vehicles. Please contact your insurance company to confirm coverage for exotic and luxury vehicles.

Security Deposit

We will put a temporary hold of up to $5,000 on your credit card as a security deposit. As long as you bring the car back to us in the condition you received it, the hold will be removed within 24-48 hours.

Mileage

A daily rental includes 100 miles. You will be charged a fee of $2/mile for every mile over the limit.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record and no DUIs or major moving violations to rent our vehicles.

Gas and Tolls

You are responsible for all gas and tolls during your rental.

Racetrack Policy

Our rental vehicles are not permitted on any racetracks. Insurance companies will not cover any incidents that occur on a racetrack. If you are interested in driving exotic cars on a track, please check out our SCC Track Experience.

Tickets and Violations

It is your responsibility to drive safely and abide by all laws. Any tickets, fines, towing fees, or other penalties incurred during your rental are your full responsibility.
